TITAN is a heavyweight, Pure and Simple. From the frozen north of Toronto Canada comes the Titan, a younger producer/dj who’s tunes are being played by the likes of Loxy, Ink, Gremlinz, Skitty, Flight, Gridlok, Universal Project, Doc Scott and Keaton to name but a few! Titan first found drum and bass back in 1999 while still in high school. Always into new fresh sounds like Hip Hop, Downtempo, Dub and House he was intrigued by the heavyweight sound that was coming from the warehouse parties in and around his local Toronto. That sound was Drum n Bass. So began the path of TITAN the dj. First playing at small local parties run by friends and on local radio which lead to his desire to produce - So in 2001 he built a very small modest studio out of the family computer and started working on tracks.

Following up on his earliest work, we also present to you the GRIDLOK remix of “OVERDRIVE”. The name really says it all… firing on all pistons Gridlok takes the overdriven to explosive (and back again). Gridlok also brings something all too often missing from the heart of Drum & Bass songs these days - a fantastic breakdown filled with precision edited Apache breaks and backing texture!
