If you’ve purchased downloadable music - go to your account page for your download links.
If you’ve purchased Event Tickets - an email including your Will-Call info has also been sent to you.
If you’ve purchased CDs or Clothing - your order is being processed and you should already have an email with details.
If you’re a Straylight Mastering client - and you’ve just completed payment for an order, check your email for what to do next.

What is your refund policy?
For Digital products including Music Downloads - no returns or refunds are offered unless a verified broken file can be shown and confirmed on our end (we inspect the downloadable file(s) in question).
For physical products - We offer refunds within 15 days of your purchase for damaged or improperly manufactured items. If you are not satisfied with one of these products for one of those two reasons, then simply send us an email and we will being the return and refund process. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled, we’re not either and we want to make it right! 🙂
For event tickets - there are no refunds.
For Audio Engineering services via Straylight Mastering - there are no refunds.
For Graphic & Web Design services via CLRH2OStudios - there are no refunds.
The file uploader for Straylight Mastering is not working for me?
In certain situations file uploads may hang, or fail while uploading PreMasters and Mix Stem Packages. If this happens we default to your working DropBox folder as the file transmission method. When you start a new order a ‘Working DropBox folder’ is created for you - contact us here - and we’ll send you an invite to this folder. once you’re connected (installing DropBox if required) you will simply place your file(s) within that folder and DropBox will upload the files to us. **Note: DropBox requires an active internet connection in order to send files.
Where can I submit Demos for label consideration?
Send demos to us with links to downloads via email. Use our Contact Form and place the links you’ve created for your downloads in the message along with your name, artist or project name and the label you’re submitting to… and anything else you’d like to let us know 🙂
